<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-guide type decorative resin mold which maintains the beautiful appearance of a product and prevents the non-intended leakage of light from a light source arranged inside, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The light-guide type decorative resin mold 1 includes a translucent resin layer 4 which is formed in a plate having translucency as a primary side resin layer; a non-translucent resin layer 5 which is integrally formed at the rear side of the translucent resin layer 4 as a secondary side resin layer and has non-translucency that prevents the light from leaking to the rear side of the translucent resin layer 4; and a non-translucent sheet material 3 which is formed as to cover an area except an area which leaks the light to the outside of a translucent resin to constitute a decorative design side, has non-translucency that prevents the light from leaking from an area except the area which leaks the light, and is located so that a tip 6 turns to the side of the non-translucent resin layer 5.
