The subject matter of the invention is a drywall, having at least one system insert (3), which is integrated in a sheeting arrangement (2), for accommodating, in particular, electrical functional elements (4). The system insert (3) is equipped with at least one side wall (3a, 3b) for connecting one or more insulating plates (2). According to the invention, the insulating plate (2) is connected to the system insert (3) with the interposition of a profile strip (6, 7) which engages in a recess (8) in the side wall (3a, 3b) by way of an attachment head (7).
