<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing frozen food with improved yield and value as well as high reliability in terms of content weight, and to provide a container used for the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing frozen food includes: a container arrangement step that arranges an open-top container 17 in a pan 11; a filling step that stores an object to be stored in the container 17 and covers the container 17; a freezing step that freezes the pan 11 in a freezer together with the container 17; a container separation step that drops the container 11 from the pan by applying an external force of either heating or vibration to the pan 11 with a bottom of the pan 11 taken out of the freezer upside; and an inversion step that turns over the container dropped from the pan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
