PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for displaying operation states of a sensor and a solenoid of a machine tool are provided to intuitively recognize errors of a sensor and on/off states of a solenoid valve by displaying operation information of the sensor and the solenoid valve as the black or red colors. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus and a method for displaying operation states of a sensor and a solenoid of a machine tool comprises a sensor and solenoid valve information DB(Database)(10), a three-dimensional graphic DB(20), a macro program(30), a display device(40), and a control unit. The sensor and solenoid information DB indicates letter information and ID(Identification) information relevant to the sensor and the solenoid valve on a screen according to command. The three dimensional graphic DB indicates the letter information and the ID information of the sensor and the solenoid valve on the screen with three-dimensional graphics by interlocking with the sensor and solenoid information DB. The macro program simultaneously indicates the sensor and solenoid information on the screen. The display device allows that a user can grasp operation information of the sensor and solenoid valve as three-dimension by receiving data from the sensor and solenoid information DB and the three-dimensional graphic DB and indicating the letter information and the ID information. The control unit grasps errors of a machine tool and on/off of the solenoid valve and controls the display of the letter information and the ID information according to the errors of the machine tool and the on/off of the solenoid valve. |
