<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for reversing bean curd dough for use in an automatic production line of bean curd dough, having a wide range of flexibility in dealing with differences in the kinds and characteristics of bean curd dough, and requiring a short time in reversing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A cage 2K that can store bean curd dough BM, i.e., an object to be reversed, is configured to include a combination of a gap-adjusting means C6 of adjusting the gap between an upper plate 26 and a lower plate 25 of the cage 2K, a cage reversal mechanism 20 of reversing/driving the cage 2K, a feeding mechanism 10 disposed on the upstream F1 of the cage reversal mechanism 20, and an extrusion mechanism 30 disposed on the downstream F2 of the cage reversal mechanism 20. The opening 2H of the cage 2K is expanded in the direction of the upstream F1 by the gap-adjusting means C6 to allow the feeding mechanism 10 to push the bean curd dough BM into the cage 2K to store the same therein. The bean curd dough BM held by the gap-adjusting means C6 is reversed together with the cage 2K protecting/holding the same to allow the gap-adjusting means C6 to expand the opening 2H of the cage 2K in the direction of the downstream F2 to discharge the bean curd dough BM having been reversed, to the downstream F2 by the extrusion mechanism 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
