<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing retainer that can obtain preferable lubricity with respect to an outer raceway surface and control the wear on the outer raceway surface. <P>SOLUTION: The roller bearing retainer 1 includes: a cylindrical retainer body 2 interposed between an inner raceway surface and the outer raceway surface and having a plurality of pockets 6 for turnably retaining a needle roller 7; and a ring member 3 formed of a synthetic resin, which is disposed by being interposed between both ends of the retainer body 2 in an axis line direction and the outer raceway surface and faces an end surface of the needle roller 7.
