NON-FOAMING VINYL CHLORIDE-BASED RESIN PASTE RESIN AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A latex composition for dip molding is provided to have lower modulus by 300%, and to be soft and comfortable because of high stress releasing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of paste vinyl chloride-based resin consists of blend of different latexes. The glass transition temperature of the different latexes satisfy (-60)-(-20)°C. The different latexes comprises a latex of which glass transition temperature is (-60) - (-30)°C, and a latex of which glass transition temperature is (-60) - (-30)°C. The latex of which glass transition temperature is (-60) - (-30)°C comprises 70-99 weight% of a conjugated diene monomer, 1-20 weight% of an ethylenic unsaturated nitrile monomer, and maximum 5 weight% of an ethylenic unsaturated acid monomer.
