PURPOSE: A bogie for transferring a polyp is provided to prevent a polyp from shaking and falling during transferring by respectively hanging each grab of the polyp on polyp fixing protrusions corresponding to each of them. CONSTITUTION: A bogie for transferring a polyp(10) comprises an upper plate(100), polyp fixing protrusions(50), wheels(30), and a handle part. The polyp fixing protrusions are projected from the upper plate. The wheels are connected to the upper plate. The handle part comprises fork inserting grooves(210). Forks of a forklift are inserted in the fork inserting grooves. The handle part is coupled to the upper plate.
