PURPOSE: An MP3 player having a guitar is provided to enable a user to directly play music by configuring an interface in an existing MP3 player. CONSTITUTION: A button unit performing functions of 6 strings of a guitar is included in a body. A swing function is included according to the movement of a user hand through operation of the button unit. Guitar performance is performed through an MP3 main sound source in a sound source storing unit(133). A cable controller of the body transmits a signal according to the length of a cable(300). A photo coupler(131) transmits the cable signals to a counter.
