FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hollow biaxially-stretched film and its application as casing for pasty or fluid products, e.g. sausages. Proposed film comprises layers A, B, C and D arranged from outer side to inner side. Polyolefin-based layer A features thickness of 1-15 mcm. Layer B, multilayer if required, comprises aliphatic and/or partially aromatic polyamides, and/or copolyamides or mixes thereof, and features thickness of 3-30 mcm. Polyolefin-based layer C features thickness of 1-15 mcm.
