PURPOSE: A suppression bar is provided to stably suppress demonstrations without damage of the body of protesters by spraying shock relieving material to an outer surface of the suppression bar. CONSTITUTION: A suppression bar comprises a body bar(100), a T-shaped handle part(102), an extended bar(104), a main elastic member(108), an auxiliary elastic member(112), and a zipper set. The handle part is formed in one side of an outer surface of the body bar at a predetermined length and is gripped by a user. The extended bar is extended to one side of an outer surface of the handle part at a predetermined length. A groove(106) is longitudinally formed inside a body of the main elastic member so that the main elastic member can accommodate the main bar. A groove(110) is longitudinally formed inside a body of the auxiliary elastic body so that the auxiliary elastic member can accommodate the extended bar. The main and auxiliary elastic members alleviate external impact. The zipper set is formed in one outer surface of the main and auxiliary elastic members and detachably couples the main and auxiliary elastic members.
