<p>The device (1) has an elastic material belt (2) with a central part (6) positioned on a lumbar region of a user and prolonged by two side parts. A strap (3) is asymmetrical relative to a transverse plan (P) passing by a center of rotation to allow the positioning of the strap in a high position of the device in which pressure of the belt and the strap are added together in a dorso-lumbar region of the user by closing the strap, and in a low position of the device in which the pressure of the belt and the strap are added together in a lumbar sacral region of the user by closing the strap.</p> |
