GRINDING HOLDER FOR INTERPOLATION MACHINING OF HOLE

PURPOSE: A grinding holder for machining an inner portion is provided to prevent a holder from being separated because the holder is fixed inside an arbor with a bolt by tapering one side end of the holder. CONSTITUTION: A grinding holder(100) for machining an inner portion comprises an arbor(10), a holder(20), a grinding wheel(30), and a fixing bolt(40). One side end part of the arbor comprising an insertion hole(13) and bolt hole(12) is joined to a spindle. The insertion hole is formed in the other end of the arbor toward a horizontal direction. The bolt hole is formed in a side of the arbor and vertically penetrates through the insertion hole. A tapered portion(21) is formed in the outer circumference of the one side end of the holder and inclined from the outer side and to the inner side of the holder. The grinding wheel coupled to the other side end of the holder by a bolt grinds the internal portion of the insertion hole. The fixing bolt joined through the bolt hole of the arbor fixes the holder by contacting to the tapered portion of the holder inserted into the insertion hole and vertically pressing the holder.
