PURPOSE: An optics glass, optical element, and pre-form are provided to revise chromatic aberration of glass lens by anomalous dispersion and to enhance refractive index and base dispersibility(high Abbe number). CONSTITUTION: An optics glass is cation element and includes P5+, Al3+, Ca2+, Ln3+, and one of Mg2+, Sr2+, and Ba2. Ln3+ is one of Y3+, La3+, Gd3+, Yb3+, and Lu3+. A total contain rate of Ln3+ is more than 1.1% and less than 10.0% and is marked by cation%. The optics glass includes F- as a negative ion component. The optics glass has a refractive index of greater than or equal to 1.55 and Abbe number of greater than and equal to 55. The optics glass does not include Sb. An abrasion rate of the optics glass is 510 or less.
