PURPOSE: A method for preparing tris(trialkylsilyl)phosphate without separate catalyst and solvent is provided to quickly synthesize the compounds without purification. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing tris(trialkylsilyl)phosphite of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting hypophosphoric acid and hexaalkyldisilazane of chemical formula 2 without separate catalyst and solvent; and a step of continuously adding metallic sodium. The amount of the hexaalkydisilazane derivative of chemical formula 2 is 1-3 equivalent based o 1 equivalent of hypophosphoric acid.
