PURPOSE: A light guide plate manufacture device and method are provided to manufacture various sizes of light guide plates by maintaining the size of a pressure roller and replacing a stamper only. CONSTITUTION: A first transfer apparatus(110) transfers a substrate for a light guide plate. Stamper assembly(120) comprises a stamper and a stamper actuator. A reverse pattern is formed on the stamper. The stamper actuator closely pushes the stamper to the substrate by transferring the stamper. The stamper actuator is formed at both ends of the stamper. A first pressure roller(102) is arranged at the upper side of the stamper. A second pressure roller(104) is arranged at the lower side of the stamper. A second transfer apparatus transfers a light guide plate in which an optical pattern is formed.
