A HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES DETECTION SENSOR CHIP

PURPOSE: A harmful material detecting sensor chip is provided to reduce costs for a measurement and device maintenance by detecting toxic organic materials or heavy metal without using a polarography device. CONSTITUTION: A harmful material detecting sensor chip(100) comprises an electro chemistry sensing part(300), a spectrum analysis part(400), and a platform housing. The electro chemistry sensing part supplies a variable voltage, thereby detecting heavy metal contained in a sample by using a voltametry. The spectrum analysis part measures Intensities of each wavelength of lights irradiated to the sample, thereby detecting toxic organic materials contained in the sample. The platform housing is formed with PDMS(PolyDiMethylsiloxane Stamp) elastic membrane, thereby mounting the electro chemistry sensing part and spectrum analysis part inside an opening of a predetermined shape.
