The first subject of invention is a method for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of vertebrogenous disorders providing for fixation of the upper and lower parts of the body in horizontal position and exposure of the backbone to the effects of longitudinal mechanical oscillations and distraction. The graduated alternated rhythmical passive force is applied to all the divisions of the backbone generating non-specific oscillations directed in perpendicular to the plane of the intervertebral disk at a frequency of 0.45 per second. The load may be distributed according to the backbone divisions at a ratio 1- to cervical spine and 5- to lumbar spine. The second subject of invention is a device for treatment and rehabilitation of vertebrogenous disorders consisting of mobile and fixed parts, the restraining appliance for the head connected to the tension element and the cable with the weight, the device for weighing the driven chest platform, the restraining appliances for the upper and lower parts of the body, the driving complex with the drive and the shaft containing mechanical transmission, preferably by friction, connected with the major platform. The driving platform, the driven chest platform and the driven supporting platform are installed on the reactive tie-rods with the silent blocks at specified angles allowing for the platform to be displaced smoothly along the curve of the lumbar lordosis. The intermediate platform is equipped with special device controlling its vertical movement to be adjusted for individual patient. |
