PURPOSE: A small rotary vane compressor is provided to prevent a continuous increase of frictional force by rotating a roller at a constant angle in case that the friction force against a vane is over a constant value after installing the rotatable roller with respect to an inner wall of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A small rotary vane compressor comprises a cylinder(30), a bearing(31), a roller(40), a non-eccentric shaft(50), a rotor(60), and a vane(61). A cylindrical compression space is formed inside the cylinder. The bearing is arranged to adjoin an inner wall of the cylinder. The roller is rotated by the bearing. The non-eccentric shaft is inserted at an eccentrical position from the center of the roller. The rotor is joined to the external diameter of the non-eccentric shaft and is in linear contact with part of the cylinder's inner wall. The vane goes in and out according to a contact pressure between the roller and the inner wall. |
