METHOD FOR PRODUCING NATURAL PIGMENT COMPOSITION CONTAINING PHYTONCIDE AND CHITOSAN

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a natural dye composition is provided to enhance washing durability, antibiosis, radiation rate of infrared far rays, and removal of bad smell. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a natural dye composition is manufactured by stirring natural dye solution, phytoncide microcapsule, solution and chitosan microcapsule solution in a mixer. A manufacturing method of natural dye solution comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture by adding 800-1200mL of water to 160-240g of natural dye powder and adding 5-20g of alginic acid; stirring the mixture at 55-65 deg. Celsius and pH of 6-7 for 1-3 hours; and sterilizing the mixture at 90-110 deg. Celsius for 1-3 hours after stirring the mixture at 25-35 deg. Celsius for 10-14 hours.
