PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing green tires are provided to minimize radial run-out(RRO) of the green tires, thereby increasing uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing green tires comprises a cacas molding unit(110) and a sensor. The carcass molding apparatus comprises a carcass drum, bead setters, and a principal axis. The carcass drum is for carcass molding. The bead setters are arranged in both sides of the carcass drum. Locations of the bead setter are adjusted according to radial run-out. According to location adjust of the carcass bead, cacas bead periphery is changed. A main axis rotates the carcass drum. The sensor measures radial run-out of molded green tire.
