INDIRECT HEATING PLATE

PURPOSE: A contactless heat transferring plate is provided to prevent disturbance of radiant heat transfer from a shroud by using a black painted plate same as the shroud surface. CONSTITUTION: A contactless heat transferring plate comprises an aluminum plate, a tape heater, and an aluminum tape. The tape heater is formed on the top of the aluminum plate. The aluminum tape is overlapped on the top of the tape heater. A kapton tape is attached on the top of the aluminum tape. The aluminum plate is coated by a black paint and the tape heater is attached on the top of the coated aluminum plate. A heater is attached on the black painted plate and is covered by the aluminum tape to fix. Finally, the kapton tape is attached to increase emissivity.
