A NOODLE CONTAINING WASONG FLOUR AND EXTRACT, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: Noodles containing an extract and powder of orostachys japonicas, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer prevention effects for cancer and adult chronic diseases by bioactive substances in the orostachys japonicas. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodles containing an extract and powder of orostachys japonicas comprises the following steps: mixing flour, starch, or bean powder with orostachys japonicas powder and an orostachys japonicas extract for kneading; firstly compressing the obtained dough, and firstly aging the dough at 25-30 deg C for 3-4 hours; and secondly compressing the dough after folding, and secondly aging the dough at 20-25 deg C for 5-8 hours.
