A process for the preparation of anti-oxidant of leather bergenia roots involves single extraction with distilled water under effect of direct current. Separation of tanning agents with anti-oxidant properties is carried out in dc field with further fractionation of the extract prepared with solvents of different electrical polarity at following sequence: petroleum ether, diethyl ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol. |
