PURPOSE: An abdominal muscle exercise chair is provided to support the foot of a user so that the user can do sit-up exercise. CONSTITUTION: An abdominal muscle exercise chair comprises a chair unit(210), a footrest frame(220), and a rear frame(230). The chair unit comprises a seat unit(211) and multiple legs(213). The leg unit supports the seat unit at a predetermined height. The footrest frame is equipped with an extension unit and a footrest unit. The extension unit is parallelly extended to front both sides of the chair unit. The rear frame is extended to rear both side of the chair unit in a predetermined length.
