Composition comprises a base component comprising at least one pigment based on zinc oxide doped with gallium oxide, a binder of hydroxylated acrylic polymer, and a solvent of the binder. Independent claims are included for: (1) a preparation of the composition comprising preparation of the base on the one hand by mixing its constituents and optionally preparation of curing agent by mixing its constituents; (2) a process for preparing a coating comprising crosslinking of the base component of the composition; (3) the coating obtained by the method; and (4) a substrate coated with the coating.
