<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device of two right and left feeding blanks that attains positioning by a simplified structure without damaging two right and left feeding blanks, and to provide a positioning method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning device of two right and left feeding blanks includes: first and second endless belts 15a and 15b that are arranged at specified spacing in the X direction; first and second servo motors 17a and 17b for the Y direction that circulate and move the endless belts separately in the Y direction; first and second ball screw mechanisms 21a and 21b that move the endless belts separately in the X direction; first and second servo motors 25a and 25b for the X direction that drive the ball screw mechanisms separately; first and second CCD cameras 31a and 31b that separately image the positions of two right and left feeding blanks on the first and second endless belts; and a controller 41 that stores the positional information of the two imaged right and left feeding blanks separately and respectively and controls the first and second servo motors for the Y direction and the first and second servo motors for the X direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
