<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from being locally boiled in a heat exchanger and also alos prevent deposition of scale such as calcium carbonate in the water-side flow passage of the heat exchanger, in the heat exchanger for hot water supply that supplies hot water by heating water by high temperature exhaust gas led to flow out of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The first heat exchanger 3 is arranged in the upstream position of the exhaust gas 1, and a second heat exchanger 4 is arranged in the downstream position thereof. A speed of water 2 in the first heat exchanger 3 increases in comparison with a speed of water in the second heat exchanger 4, and the water 2 is guided to the first exchanger 3 after being guided to the second heat exchanger 4.
