The mobile communication method as recited in the present invention has: a step in which UE transmits an E-UTRAN attach request; a step in which if, after receiving said attach request, an MME receives from, an authentication server (1), a notification indicating that the UE cannot be connected to a desired PDN and determines that said UE is capable of using a communications satellite, the MME sends the UE an attach reject message with the cause value set to "#15"; and a step in which, upon receiving the attach reject message with the cause value set to "#15", the UE transmits a UTRAN/GERAN attach request.
