<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply adapter having an exchangeable and positionable plug. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply adapter has a main body 10 and a plug A. The main body 10 has two electric conduction terminals, and a ground terminal mounted to a top of the main body. The plug A has: a ground hole and a plurality of arc-like holes mounted through its bottom; an intermediate ground assembly and two intermediate electric conduction clip assemblies mounted to the plug A and corresponding to the ground hole and the arc-like holes; and a ground pin and two electric conduction pins electrically coupled with the intermediate ground assembly and the intermediate electric conduction clip assemblies and mounted to their tops. When the plug is assembled with the main body, the ground terminal and the electric conduction terminals are electrically coupled with the ground pin and the electric conduction pins inserted in the ground hole and the selectively corresponding arc-like holes, respectively.
