The present invention is related to the oil industry in general, and particularly to means used for providing maintenance to pressurised gas and hydrocarbon conduction piping, and mainly is related to a novel fluid composition for sealing valves and pipes in production and/or conduction lines of pressurised gas and hydrocarbons and avoiding leakages thereof; this is characterised in that it comprises a viscous liquid fraction containing linear hydrocarbons preferably with a SAE-30 viscosity and a solid fraction comprising polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) preferably with a granulometry higher than 500 mesh/inch; said composition comprises preferably 80% of the viscous liquid fraction (linear hydrocarbons) and 20% of the solid fraction [(polytetrafluorethylene) (PTFE)], which generates an inner coating acting upon being brought into contact with the atmospheric pressure, this coating being polymerised by layers in rupturing and sealing cycles until forming an enough robust layer for stoppi ng the leakage.
