PURPOSE: A collecting object URI analyzing device is provided to confirm why web records have analyzable MIME before detail analysis of the web records, and to execute analysis. CONSTITUTION: A collecting object URI analyzing device comprises: a web filling receiver(1) receiving web records from a web server; an MIME(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension) analyzer(2) extract header data defining the attribute of the web records; and a URI(Uniform Resource Identifier) analyzer(3) analyzing the web records, in case the extracted header is an analyzable MIME type.
