PURPOSE: A switching device including a plurality of single polar switching units and single operation mechanism of the unit is provided to reduce mechanical deformation by using a link between all switching units including driving rods. CONSTITUTION: A main switching unit(Bp) supports operation mechanism(8). The main switching unit includes a rotary bar combined with a movable contact bridge and a pair of fixed contact units. The fixed contact unit is connected to a current input conductor(4). The operation mechanism includes a handle(88) which operates at least one driving rod(30). A stop unit(60) reduces the movement of the driving rod.
