A compensation voltage source (17) is in communication with input side to bus line (1) and output side to control input (13) of voltage compensating element (12). A compensation current source (16) is in communication with input side to bus line and output side to control input of bypass element (9). The voltage change of source gate (USG1) of bypass element during current transfer is compensated. The power transfer between intermediate node line (29) and bypass element is performed, so that current from bus current source remains constant, or amount of current changes to desired value.
