摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar thermal collector which allows higher heat collection efficiency by effectively utilizing the solar light made incident on area near the ends of a mirror reflector on the side opposite to the direction in which the sun is located. <P>SOLUTION: The solar thermal collector is configured so that reflected light of the sunlight Sb1, Sb2 made incident on the mirror reflector 1 of a trough-type having a parabolic cross-section is collected to a thermal collector tube 2 installed at the focus position of the mirror reflector 1 and energy is transmitted to heat medium circulating in the thermal collector tube 2.
