<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cancel noise in a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel includes a scan circuit section which inputs a drive voltage to a scan electrode during a sub detection term, a capacitance detection circuit section to which a signal from each of detection electrodes in first to n-th groups is inputted and which detects a capacitance detecting signal of each of the detection electrodes in the first to n-th groups, and a control circuit section which controls the scan circuit section and the capacitance detection circuit section, calculates capacitance detecting signal variations from the capacitance detecting signals of the plurality of detection electrodes detected by the capacitance detection circuit section, and calculates coordinates of a touch position on the basis of the capacitance detecting signal variations of the plurality of detection electrodes. The control circuit section determines the capacitance detecting signal variation of each of detection electrodes in two groups where the capacitance detecting signals are detected during continuous sub detection terms on the basis of the capacitance detecting signals continuously detected from at least the same one detection electrode during the continuous sub detection terms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
