<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device with low power consumption capable of stably forming a toner cloud and of developing an electrostatic latent image by supplying toner to the electrostatic latent image on a photoreceptor surface, and further to provide a toner carrier mounted to the developing device and an image forming device mounted with the developing device. <P>SOLUTION: A toner carrier comprises: a conductive supporting body 91A; an insulating layer 95 formed on the conductive supporting body 91A; a plurality of electrodes 90Bb arranged at regular intervals apart from one another on the insulating layer 95; a surface layer 98 covering the plurality of electrodes 90Bb; and voltage applying means for applying voltage to the plurality of electrodes 90Bb and the conductive supporting body 91A such that an electric field generated between the plurality of electrodes 90Bb and the conductive supporting body 91A is periodically reversed. The insulating layer 95 contains benzocyclobutene resin. A toner cloud is formed by hopping toner particles by means of the electric field generated among the plurality of electrodes 90Bb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
