<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means allowing a mobile information communication device, which can be connected with an external device including external display means, to receive more compatible data from a web server according to an external display connection status when the mobile information communication device accesses the web server. <P>SOLUTION: When a mobile information communication device transmits a transmission request and the like as a radio signal conforming to an internet protocol to a web server, it transmits the transmission request and the like that include external display connection information. More specifically, it transmits the external display connection information as a part of user agent information included in the transmission request and the like.
