<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hour of a creator as a result by automating mechanical work during operation manual creation. <P>SOLUTION: In a general operation manual, there are described a screen name, screen image, screen summary, screen item name, screen item summary, screen item identification number and the like for explaining operation of a screen. These contents to be described in the operation manual are defined to a screen name, item name, item summary, item number and item number object of a screen item definition file.
