The percussion structure of a lancing device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lancet body having a lancet arranged on the front; a lancet holder whereon the lancet body is mounted so that the lancet is located on the front; a stem arranged on the rear of the lancet holder to advance to the front and retract to the rear the lancet holder; a rotation housing that pushes and pulls the stem while proper-rotating around a rotary shaft at a set angle following the direction of the lancet movement; a torsion spring for storing the turning force for proper-rotating the rotation housing at a set angle; and a charging handle for delivering the turning force to the torsion spring by rotation thereof in the orientation of a set angle.
