<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp capable of enhancing both of heat radiating performance and electrical insulation performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the LED lamp 1 in which heat generated by LEDs 15 mounted on an LED circuit board 16 is transferred to a case 35 for heat radiation, the LED circuit board 16 is formed of a resin board of a thickness capable of obtaining a prescribed electrical insulation and copper foils 83 as a heat radiating layer composed of an electrically conductive material are installed on each of a mounting surface of the LEDs 15 and a bottom surface for transferring heat to the case 35. On the mounting surface of the LEDs 15, the copper foil 83 is connected to a power source and slits 84 are formed to divide it into electrically conductive areas 85 and the LEDs 15 are arranged astride the slits 84 to be electrically connected to the respective conductive areas 85. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
