SYMPTOM ATTENUATED VIRUS FROM NUCLEIC ACID OF CUCUMBER FRUIT MOTTLE MOSAIC VIRUS AND FULL-LENGTH CLONE OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition containing attenuated CFMMV(cucumber fruit mottle mosaic virus) for preventing plant tobamovirus is provided to prevent reduction of product quality. CONSTITUTION: An attenuated CFMMV(cucumber fruit mottle mosaic virus) has a sequence mutated at one site selected from 799th(Leucine to proline), 876th(glutmate to glycine), and 1139th(valine to glycine) amino acids of sequence number 18. The attenuated CFMMV has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 17. A composition for preventing plant tobamovirus contains the juice from a transgenic plant prepared with CFMMV recombinant expression vector.
