The present invention relates to the field of optical fibre telecommunication cables. The invention proposes a telecommunication cable in urban conduits which are particularly suitable when the cable comprises a large number of micromodules. A telecommunication cable (1) comprising a plurality of optical fibres grouped together in micro-cables (2) held around a central reinforcing element (5), each micro-cable (2) comprising:
- a plurality of optical fibres gathered together in micromodules or in loose tubes;
- a watertight polymer jacket;
- at least one longitudinal reinforcing element.
