<p>A stamper is superposed above a disk and then pressure is applied to a sticking head (356) to lower the stamper (280) toward the disk. And through engagement with a centering member, the stamper (280) is centered, whereupon the sticking head (356) sucks the stamper (280). If the clearance in the stamper (280) with respect to the disk (278) is set by the lowering of the sticking head (356) in this manner, then the centering of the disk (278) and stamper (280) can be effected and so can be the sticking between the disk (278) and stamper (280) without slope or warp.</p> |
