PURPOSE: A concrete reinforcing agent composition using a sasa borealis fiber is provided to increase crack resistance, impact strength, and dispersibility during solidification of concrete. CONSTITUTION: A concrete reinforcing agent composition using a sasa borealis fiber comprises 95-105 parts by weight of volcano stone powder, 90-110 parts by weight of alcohol, 3-8 parts by weight of powder resin, and 3-8 parts by weight of NaOH. A manufacturing process of the Sasa borealis fiber comprises the following steps: adding the Sasa borealis into water, heating for 60-80 minutes, and eliminating moisture; and adding the Sasa borealis into sodium hydroxide aqueous solution having 2% concentration, heating for 20-30 minutes, and beating thereof. The volcano stone powder has a dry density of 1.73g/cm^3 and includes 27% of powders having particle size of less than 0.08mm, 49% of powders having particle size of greater than 0.08mm and less than 0.94, 24% of powders having particle size of greater than 0.94mm and less than 0.21mm.
