PURPOSE: A conductive paste composition for inner electrode, a manufacturing method, and ceramic electronic parts using thereof are provided to manufacture conductive paste composition with excellent dispersibility capable of forming inner electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of conductive paste composition for inner electrode comprises the following steps: a step(S1) of preparing metal powder which cellulose-based resin is coated on surface of metal particles by dispersing metal powder in cellulose-based resin; a step(S2) of preparing ceramic powder which polyvinyl butyral resin is coated on surface of ceramic particles by dispersing ceramic powder in polyvinyl butyral resin; and a step of mixing the metal powder and ceramic powder(S3). The cellulose based resin is ethyl cellulose.
