PURPOSE: Filler-metal alloy composition is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by minimizing the content of Ag and adding a small amount of Sn and Li. CONSTITUTION: Filler-metal alloy composition comprises Ag, Cu, Zn, Sn, Li and other inevitable impurities. The composition ratio of the filler-metal alloying composition comprises Ag of 20-24 weight%, Cu of 36-45 weight%, Zn of 29-39 weight%, Sn of 1-3 weight%, Li of 0.1-1.0 weight% and other inevitable impurities. The filler-metal alloy composition is braze-welded to a connecting part between bases so that homogeneous bases or heterogeneous bases can be stably bonded. |
