PURPOSE: A variable accommodation is provided to improve comfortability of sailors while sailing a ship by reducing vibration due to vertical fluctuation of the ship. CONSTITUTION: A variable accommodation comprises a body part(100), a compensating unit(200), and a support lubricating unit. The body part comprises an outer body part(110) arranged in a stem of a ship and an inner body part(120) inwardly separated from the outer body part. The compensating unit moves the inner body part to reduce vibration due to vertical fluctuation of the ship. The support lubricating unit is arranged between the upper exterior of the inner body part and the upper interior of the outer body part.
