<p>Composition comprises (a) glass fibers (5-50 parts by wt., preferably 13-33 parts by wt.), (b) titanium dioxide (10-40 parts by wt., preferably 18-28 parts by wt.) with an average particle size between 90-2000 nm and (c) polyethylene terephthalate (20-80 parts by wt., preferably 40-60 parts by wt.). Independent claims are also included for (1) products obtainable by extrusion or injection molding of the compositions; and (2) manufacturing products by injection molding or extrusion comprising fiberglass-reinforced, polyethylene terephthalate based compositions with titanium dioxide with an average particle size of 90-2000 nm with improved short-term heat resistance.</p> |
