PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce an amount of light absorbed on a light reflective surface by forming the roughness of a light reflective surface to be smaller than that of a light scattering surface. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) includes a light scattering surface(122). A light conversion part(130) is arranged on the light scattering surface of the first electrode. A second electrode(160) is arranged on the light conversion part. A first reflecting layer(170) includes a light reflective surface(172). The light reflective surface reflects light penetrating the light conversion part to the light conversion part.
